My name is William "Jon" Sexton. As my family and I embarked on building our first home, we encountered a few hurdles we had to overcome. The main issue we ran into was poor communication with our subcontractors. From not showing up as scheduled, to not returning phone calls, these two things created an unnecessary stress within the process. As I spoke to contractors and building inspectors about the situation I was told "these are common practices". "NO", why is this common?

Our decision was made, when developing our company. Our goal is to provide consumers, who are spending there money and who are also allowing us to work for them, to receive the best possible experience. Beginning with an open line of communication. The best quality craftsmanship around. Competitive costs and finally being there before, during and after the project.
